The idea of developing such an app came from the need for improvement of tracking, planning, and executing not just training plans and protocols but all other aspects of modern client and athletes monitoring systems. Those options include nutrition planning, 24h coaching support, a booking system, and a self-organizational calendar. Besides that, in these times, maybe more than ever, personalized remote (online) coaching requirements are in high demand and this app is our response to new trends.

HERC’s Strength Department, among others, has a goal to try to apply the most advanced and up-to-date methods and protocols for training tracking. HERC coaches can customize assessments and workouts to the tiniest details, and that should directly reflect clients reaching goals faster while enjoying the journey.
Our Nutritional Planner allows us to create customized meal plans that can support all sorts of client needs. It’s based on macronutrient intake and besides standard food options, custom food macro’s can be entered to fit local products into the plan. It’s simple to use, gives great feedback, and contains precise daily, weekly, and monthly calculations against the goal.
Our HERC’s Strength department operations are improved with the App as well. Now we are able to split and offer different types of customized Memberships and Packages to Residential gyms or any other fitness and sports facilities.
